REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At ELITECOUTUREHUBS, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from ELITECOUTUREHUBS within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@elitecouturehubs.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@elitecouturehubs.com. We will arrange for a return and offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)
