  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited and overnight shipping.

  • International delivery may take 7-21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their country.


3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (check our website for current promotions).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • EliteCoutureHubs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first to file a claim.

  • For damaged items, email us at Contact@elitecouturehubs.com with photos of the package and item(s) within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, EliteCoutureHubs is not liable for lost packages.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers must pay for reshipping.


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where EliteCoutureHubs made an error.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
